Yesterday's wintery sky fulfilled its promise today with a couple of inches of snow, and a cold, cold wind blowing it around. We don't often get snow in November, and rarely have much snow at all in the winter. But the sea has looked particularly cold this fall, a hint perhaps of a winter full of warm fires and fresh baked cookies!
